“ Food was absolutely amazing. Have been missing a good home cooked meal since my arrival to El Paso and this place DID NOT disappoint. I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door. Everything was seasoned to perfection and most importantly the food was hot. Also helped having good music to listen and vibe to as i dined alone. Oh yea, can’t forget to mention how clean the place is inside. ”

You can tell they know what they’re doing when it comes to the main course. However, the sides really brought the meal down. They lacked flavor and felt like an afterthought, which was disappointing considering how great the proteins were. Unfortunately, the sides affected the overall balance of the meal. That said, the atmosphere was welcoming and the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the vibe was relaxed and inviting. If they improve the side dishes, this place could easily be a top-tier spot. ”

The chicken and waffles exceeds what you would get from crave and you don't gotta drive all the way to Phoenix for Lolo's or Dallas for waffle house crunchiness of the chicken traps the juices of the chicken on the instead while exploding flavors encompass your taste buds, with the soft waffles, butter and syrup are a bonus the bang bang shrimp is bar none, with savory sauce that will blow you away The catfish nuggets are to die for and the crunch is the way it needs to be The sides we had, collard greens, dirty rice, and baked mac-n-cheese are just astonishing. This place is absolutely a must eat especially if you are brought up on soul food and you are far from home to get it G's Cajun house will make you feel at home away from home Customer service is incredible This will be my go to when craving my mother's type of cooking and I don't wanna dirty my kitchen or a date night outing ”
“ Food here is made with love. I made a last minute call wanting to eat seafood so I came right here around 9pm. Karla served me and recommended the catfish nuggets with sweet potatoes and collard green that had corned beef in it. I selected seafood boil lemon garlic flavor. It had shrip, corn, sausage and potatoes. Also tried their banana pudding, this was bomb as well. Karla gave me a free bowl of mac and cheese and all the food was great. I loved it and definately recommend it for sure. ”
